The Delivery time is counted in business days, which means that it doesn't include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Business day for Shipping Process:
Friday from 2PM to 6PM.

Delivery Region: Worldwide.

The delivery time depends from the time it takes to approve the payment, the execution of the product and from country to country. After payment approval your order will take between 1 to 3 days to be prepared (for omissions it might take longer). We ship all the orders every Friday (unless it is an holiday. In this case it will be shipped on the next business day). After this period, the term of the Delivery Company is added. A tracking number will be given to you so you can track your order at any time!

There is no exchange of products unless it is clearly a mistake from us! Please contact us at info@carladossantos.com for any doubts.

If there is any kind of delay or something is wrong with the tracking number please contact us so we can fix it with the delivery company. After 30 days it is not possible to register any complain, so please be sure to contact us at least 5 days before.
